黄河特细砂塑性混凝土渗透性能DOI: 10.15961/j.jsuese.2015.04.010 Abstract: 中文摘要: 为研究黄河特细砂塑性混凝土渗透性能,通过相对渗透性试验,探讨了黄河特细砂取代率( R)、水灰比( W/C)、黏土占胶凝材料的质量比( c 1)和水泥占胶凝材料的质量比( c 2)等因素改变时黄河特细砂塑性混凝土相对渗透系数( K r)的变化规律,并在分析试验结果的基础上建立了多因素影响下 K r的计算模式。结果表明: R对黄河特细砂塑性混凝土细骨料颗粒级配影响显著,进而影响 K r;随着 R增加, K r呈减小趋势, R=25%是抗渗性能显著变化的界点, R=50%为最佳取代率; W/ C显著影响抗渗性能,随着 W/ C增加, K r逐渐增加;黏土及水泥掺量均对 K r有影响, K r随( c 1)、( c 2)增减变化规律不尽相同。Abstract:Throughtherelativepermeabilitytestonthetruncatedconespecimensofyellowriversuperfinesandplasticconcrete(YRSSPC),effectsofinfluencingfactorsincludingthereplacementratesuperfinesand( R),water cementratio( W/C),thepercentageofclayinthecementitiousmaterial( c 1)andthepercentageofcementinthecementitiousmaterial( c 2)upontherelativepermeabilitycoefficientofYRSSPC( K r)werestudied.Basedontheexperimentalresults,acomputationalmodelwasproposedtocalculate K rofYRSSPC.Theresultsshowedthat Rhassignificanteffectonthegraincompositionoffineaggregate,andthenithaseffecton K r. K rtendstodecreaseas Rincreases.When Risover25%,thepermeabilityofYRSSPCischangedsignificantly,so25%isthecriticalpoint.Thebest Ris50%. W/Chassignificanteffecton K r. K rincreaseswith the increase of W/C.Theclaycontentandthecementcontenthaveeffectson K r. K r decreasesfirst,andthenincreaseswith the decrease of c 1. K rdecreaseswith the increase of c 2.
