谐振管对驻波悬浮稳定性的分析与实验研究DOI: 10.15961/j.jsuese.2016.05.029 Abstract: 中文摘要: 为了研究在超声驻波悬浮装置中引进谐振管后对驻波悬浮稳定性的影响,设计两种超声驻波悬浮装置模型,其发射端和反射端分别为凹—凹型和凹—平型声悬浮装置,同时并对引进谐振管和未引进谐振管的两种驻波悬浮方案进行了模拟分析和实验对比。通过ANSYS和MATLAB联合仿真,得出在这两种悬浮方案下声悬浮场的相对时间平均势和相对声悬浮力的分布情况。通过比较发现:谐振管半径1.023λ的引进可有效地提高驻波悬浮的稳定性;最后搭建测试平台并对悬浮液滴进行有谐振管的测试,实验结果显示:有谐振管作用时液滴的稳定悬浮时间大于谐振管作用时的悬浮时间,从而与仿真分析一致验证了谐振管的引进可有效地增强驻波悬浮的悬浮稳定性这一结论。Abstract:In order to study the influence of the standing wave levitation stability with adding a resonant tube to ultrasonic standing wave levitation device,two ultrasonic standing wave devices model are designed.The combinations of the transmitter and the reflector in these two devices are concave concave and concave flat,respectively.And the two kinds of standing wave levitation way of the resonant tube and the non introduced tube are simulated and experimentally studied.The distributions of relative time average potential and relative acoustic levitation force in the two suspension ways are obtained by ANSYS and MATLAB co simulation,and the results show that the standing wave levitation stability can be improved by the introduction of the resonance tube whose radius is 1.023λ.Finally,the tests of liquid drops are made in the case of resonant tube and non resonant tube by setting up the experiment system,and the result show that the time of the levitation stability of resonant tube is longer than that of the non resonance tube when the liquid drop is suspended.Thus,the conclusion can be verified that introducing the resonant tube can effectively enhance the standing wave levitation stability in the ultrasonic standing wave levitation device in accordance with simulation result.
