Abstract:

中文摘要: 针对感应耦合电能传输(ICPT)系统中负载动态变化及切换易造成ICPT系统频率失谐和负载输出电压变化问题,基于双LCL谐振变换器,提出一种在负载动态变化时ICPT系统实现原边线圈电流恒定、负载端稳压输出并保证工作频率稳定性的设计方法。本文首先分析了副边LCL补偿ICPT系统的恒压特性,结合ICPT系统拾取端反射阻抗呈阻容性且容性部分与负载变化关这一特点,提出两种原边补偿电路设计方法,同时在此基础上分析了原边LCL补偿ICPT系统实现原边线圈的恒流工作特性条件;接着给出了双LCL补偿ICPT系统同时实现原边线圈电流恒定、负载端电压稳定、工作频率稳定的总体条件;然后,基于以上分析方法,分析了主要参数对系统输出性能的影响;最后,搭建仿真和实验平台,对理论分析进行了仿真和实验验证,仿真和实验结果验证了理论分析方法的可行性。
Abstract:Abstract: In order to hold the output voltage constant, stabilize system frequency when the load varies dynamically in inductive coupled power transfer(ICPT) system, this paper presents a double LCL resonant ICPT system (LCL resonant tank in both and pickup side). Firstly, this paper describes the stable voltage characteristics of ICPT system based on LCL resonant circuit in pickup side., presented the two design methods of the primary coin considered the reflected impedance in ICPT system based on LCL resonant circuit is capacitance-resistance, and the capacitive portion is unrelated to load dynamic variation. At the same time, describes the constant current characteristics of ICPT system based on LCL resonant circuit in primary side. Then, a general conditions is given under the conditions of load dynamic variation, which is effective to realize constant frequency (operating frequency is constant), constant current and stable voltage output. Besides, the influence of major performance parameters on the output characteristic is analyzed. Finally, the viability of the proposed system is verified by simulation and experiments, and the results suggest that the double LCL resonant ICPT system based on optimal parameters realizes the characteristics of constant frequency, constant current and stable voltage.
