胃息肉合并大肠息肉的临床研究

摘要： 摘要：目的??研究胃息肉患者合并大肠息肉的情况及相关性。方法?回顾性分析2016年10月-2017年8月于该院消化内科门诊或住院病房行胃镜检查，经病理证实为胃息肉，且同时或近6个月内行结肠镜检查的患者223例为息肉组，同时选取同期行胃镜和结肠镜检查而胃镜未检查出息肉的患者229例为对照组，比较两组患者的情况。结果?胃息肉组患者大肠息肉检出率明显高于对照组患者[25.6%（57/223）vs 12.2%（28/229），OR=2.70，95%CI：1.39～5.24，P?=0.003]，高危大肠腺瘤检出率明显高于对照组[7.6%（17/223）vs 3.9%（9/229），OR=1.82，95%CI：0.93～2.24，P?=0.035]。不同性别患者相比，差异无统计学意义（P?>0.05）。胃息肉组患者幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染率与对照组患者相比，差异无统计学意义（P?>0.05）。结论?胃息肉患者罹患大肠息肉比例高，胃镜检出胃息肉的患者应尽早行结肠镜检查。
Abstract: Abstract: Objective?To study the situation and correlation of colorectal polyps in patients complicated with gastric polyps.?Method?Retrospective analysis from October 2016 to August 2017 was performed, the diagnosis was confirmed by pathology for gastric polyps, and at the same time or within 6 months with colonoscope examination performed as the polyp group (223 cases), while 229 patients with gastroscopy and colonoscopy without gastric polyps were selected as the control group. Then compare the patients conditions of the two groups.?Result?The detection rate of colorectal polyps in patients with gastric polyps was significantly higher than that in the control group [25.6% (57/223) vs 12.2% (28/229), OR?=?2.70, 95% CI: 1.39?~?5.24, P?=?0.003], the detection rate of high risk colorectal adenoma was significantly higher than that of the control group [7.6% (17/223) vs 3.9% (9/229), OR?=?1.82, 95% CI: 0.93~?2.24, P?=?0.035]. There was no statistically significant difference of gender between the two groups. There was no significant difference in HP infection rate between the gastric polyp group and the control group. ?Conclusion?Gastric polyp patients suffering from high proportion of colorectal polyps, patients with gastric polyps should be underwent colonoscopy as soon as possible.
