常规经支气管镜针吸液涂片及包埋对中央气道周围病变的诊断价值

摘要： 目的 探讨常规经支气管镜针吸活检术（C-TBNA）针吸液涂片及包埋对中央气道周围病变中 的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析2011 年1 月-2017 年3 月因中央气道周围病变行C-TBNA 检查的患者，将 获取的标本进行涂片及包埋处理，统计其阳性率。结果 恶性肿瘤共56 例。其中，C-TBNA 确诊52 例，诊 断阳性率为92.86% ；良性病变21 例，C-TBNA 确诊9 例，诊断阳性率为42.86%。使用C-TBNA 针吸液涂 片及包埋在中央型气道周围病变诊断中的总阳性率为79.22%。结论 使用C-TBNA 进行针吸液涂片和包埋 技术对中央气道周围病变诊断阳性率高，并发症少。
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the yield of conventional transbronchial needle aspiration (C-TBNA) in the diagnosis of patients with central airway peripheral lesions. Methods This was a retrospective study, 77 patients with central airway peripheral lesions were enrolled from January 2011 to March 2017. Specimens were smeared and/ or embedded. Results The positive diagnostic value for malignant lesions were 92.86% (52/56), and 42.86%(9/21) for benign lesions. The average value was 79.22% (61/77). Conclusions C-TBNA had high positive rate of diagnosis and less complications for cent ral airway peripheral lesions.
