Abstract:

摘要 利用太赫兹时域光谱仪测试系统,研究了聚酰亚胺衬底上的\,C\,形开口环周期性结构在太赫兹波段的异常透射特性.结果发现, 当入射太赫兹波的电场偏振方向垂直于金属开口时,变化的电场引起电感--电容\,(LC)\,共振, 使其透射光谱呈现单峰特性;然而, 当入射电场偏振方向平行于金属开口时,其透射光谱呈现出多峰性和周期性.通过对其电场能量分布和表面电流的分析发现,这种反常透射特性是由法布里-波罗腔效应和偶极子共振共同作用产生的.
Abstract:Polarization dependence of terahertz (THz) extraordinary transmission from a flexible C-shape split-ring resonance (C-shape SRR) is investigated. When the THz polarization is perpendicular to the gap of C-shape SRR, a single-peak resonance is observed owing to the inductive-capacitive (LC) resonance. When the THz polarization is parallel to the gap of C-shape SRR, a periodic multiple resonances phenomenon is observed. The simulation of the electric density distribution and surface current indicate that the asymmetric Fabry-P\'{e}rot effect of the C-shape SRR attributes to the periodic resonances.
