大学生实习参与方式与就业关系研究

摘要 在高等教育大众化时期，就业体验型实习变得越来越普遍，大学生实习的目的也不再限于课堂所传授的理论和知识的应用实践。基于学校统一实习和学生自主实习已经成为绝大多数学生的主要实习方式，本研究考察了混合实习下大学生统一实习和自主实习的参与现状、影响因素及对其就业的影响，旨在深化对大学生实习与就业关系的认识，并为教育管理和政策的完善提供参考。
Abstract：In the context of the popularization of higher education, the objective of internship for undergraduate students is no longer limited to applying theory and knowledge learned from the classroom, it also serves as a necessary part to get familiar with the environment for future employment. In this study, we divide internship opportunities into two categories. First, uniform internship means that the internship is arranged uniformly by the university; and second, individual internship means that the internship opportunities are obtained by the individual student. Considering the fact that student participation in both types of internship is common, this study attempts to investigate the status of college student participation in both types of internship, as well as its influence on their employment. The outcome of this research helps to understand the relationship between different types of internship and employment.
