Abstract:

二系悬挂系统是保证悬挂式单轨车辆安全、平稳运行的重要部件之一。基于准零刚度及多体动力学理论,建立了二系悬挂装置具有准零刚度特性的悬挂式单轨车辆系统垂向模型,推导了悬挂式车辆垂向振动方程。在此基础上,开展了二系悬挂准零刚度系统与传统线性刚度系统隔振特性的对比研究。结果表明:通过既有垂向弹性元件并联斜置弹簧的方式,可实现悬挂式单轨转向架二系悬挂系统的准零刚度特性;相对传统线性刚度系统,二系悬挂准零刚度系统的车辆垂向动态响应在时域内明显降低,在频域范围内的低频段隔振效果良好。
Abstract:Secondary suspension system is one of the important parts to ensure the safe and stable operation of a suspended monorail vehicle.Based on the the quasi-zero-stiffness(QZS) and multi-body dynamics theory,a vertical model of the suspended monorail vehicle with a secondary suspension system holding QZS characteristic was established and the vertical vibration equations were deduced.Then the vibration isolation characteristics of the secondary suspension systems with QZS and traditional linear stiffness characteristics were further studied comparatively by adopting the dynamic model.The following conclusions are drawn that the QZS of the secondary suspension system for the suspended monorail vehicle can be realized by using a parallel oblique spring with vertical elastic elements.The vertical dynamic responses of the vehicle with QZS system are obviously lower than those with the traditional linear stiffness system,and the low frequency vibration isolation performance is satisfactory. ?
