高频正弦压力发生装置的非理想因素影响分析

Abstract:

高频正弦压力发生装置通过安装在底端的压电换能器作为激励源,谐振腔将会对谐振点分布和幅值产生影响。在实际装置安装的过程中,会因工程因素而造成一定的非理想性,其中包括管腔连接位置处的安装缝隙,管腔内的水介质未完全充满管腔,存在空气夹层,以及压电换能装置表面不平齐等。本文通过COMSOL仿真平台,以多物理场耦合仿真的方式,分析了压固耦合情况下谐振频率与理论计算的误差,同时针对以上的非理想性因素进行仿真研究,结果表明安装缝隙将会导致压力幅值降低,当管腔内部存在空气缝隙时,会造成谐振点幅值下降,对低频影响严重。同时压电换能器在安装过程中表面不平整时,将导致谐振频率偏移,且倾斜角度越大,偏移程度越严重。最后通过与实验数据相对比,对仿真结果进行验证,规律基本一致。
Abstract:A piezoelectric transducer installed at bottom of a high frequency sine pressure generator was taken as the generator’s excitation source, and its resonant cavity affects distributions of resonant points and pressure amplitude.During the actual installation, there are some non-ideal factors due to engineering reasons including gaps at tube cavity connection positions, water medium not enough to fill tube cavity, air layer and uneven surface of piezoelectric transducer.Based on the software COMSOL simulation platform, taking the form of multi-physical field coupled simulation, the error between resonant frequency under the case of acoustic-structure coupling and theoretical calculation was analyzed, and simulation studies were conducted for non-ideal factors mentioned above.The simulation results showed that installation gaps cause pressure amplitude to drop, and air gaps in tube cavity causes resonant points’ amplitudes to drop and affects low-frequency amplitude seriously; uneven surface of piezoelectric transducer in installation process causes resonant frequency to offset, the larger the inclination angle, the more serious the offset; comparing the simulation results with the test ones, both of them have basically consistent laws..
