脊髓损伤具有高发生率、高致残率、高耗费以及低龄化等特点，给患者及社会造成巨大负担。神经源性肠道功能障碍为脊髓损伤的严重并发症之一，常表现为便秘、大便失禁等，严重限制患者社交活动，降低患者生活质量，是临床上亟待解决的一大难题。近年来，对于脊髓损伤后神经源性肠道功能障碍的关注日益提升。该文就其流行病学、分类、病理生理机制、诊断以及治疗方法等进行综述。
：Spinal cord injury has the characteristics of high incidence, high disability, high cost and younger age. It imposes a huge burden on patients and society. Neurogenic bowel dysfunction is one of the serious complications of spinal cord injury. It often manifests as constipation and fecal incontinence, which severely limit the social activities of patients and reduce the quality of life. It is a major problem for clinicians to solve. In recent years, the concern for neurogenic bowel dysfunction after spinal cord injury has been increasing.
