Abstract:
细胞的氧化还原状态或活性氧水平是其基本的生理特征。它自身受到精细的调控,同时也调控细胞功能,在细胞、机体的生 理和病理活动中扮演重要角色。检测细胞氧化还原状态及其变化是目前基础研究和临床研究中的重要内容。该文就目前检测方法中的 荧光探针做一综述。通过介绍不同荧光探针的原理和特征,尤其是遗传编码荧光蛋白探针的原理和应用,理解荧光探针在基础研究和 疾病相关研究中的应用,并展望其在细胞及动物整体水平新的应用前景。
