Abstract:
大麻素系统紊乱可导致神经、代谢、免疫、心血管、消化系统疾病和癌症等疾病的发生, 因此,大麻素受体被认为是多种疾病的潜在治疗靶点。近年来,研究发现大麻素受体1参与中枢神经系统的生长发育过程。该文从大麻素受体1调控神经生长的分子机制方面进行综述。
