近年来各国儿童和青少年肥胖检出率呈现不断上升趋势，已成为全世界亟需解决的公共卫生问题。该文对国内外儿童和青少年肥胖现状及研究进展进行回顾和总结，指出我国现阶段研究中存在的问题，并建议开展基于社区实践、多学科参与的儿童和青少年肥胖循证健康管理研究。
： In recent years, the prevalence of obesity in children and adolescents is rising all over the world. Obesity in children and adolescents has become a worldwide public health problem which needs to be resolved immediately.
