近年来关于血栓抽吸术的临床研究不断开展，尤其是在急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的治疗方面，但各项研究的结果并不一致，这对临床实践中是否广泛开展血栓抽吸引发疑问。该文将对数个具有代表性意义的关于血栓抽吸在急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死中治疗效果的临床研究作一归纳总结。
： In recent years, clinical studies on manual thrombectomy unceasingly have been carried out, especially on the treatment of acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).
