黄浦江世博滨江段自行车绿道构建
Construction of the Bicycle Greenway in the Expo Riverside Section of Shanghai Huangpu River

为切实有效地实现黄浦江世博滨江段的公共空间贯通,推进“黄浦江东岸慢行步道贯通三年行动计划”的执行,从连续且快速可达、骑行为主的活动方式、狭长的空间与简洁的道路体系、城市滨江风貌观光为主的游憩体验等城市滨江自行车绿道的特征出发,将描述连续视景的断面法引入到该类型绿道规划的适宜性分析中,探讨城市滨江自行车绿道体系的构建方法。通过定性分析与AHP法,筛选出了8个评价指标作为城市滨江自行车绿道选线的评价依据,即自行车道的亲水性、可达性、节点场地与设施的多样性、河流景观丰富度、植物景观丰富度、竖向起伏度、景观的地域文化性、景观的主题性。最终,提出了长约10 km的黄浦江世博滨江段自行车绿道选线方案,以及“临江型、绿地型、沿路型”3类绿道模式,为自行车绿道的理论研究与实践提供有益的借鉴。
According to "Three-Year Action Plan of the East Coast pavement of the Huangpu River",we develop a method to construct the bicycle greenway in urban riverfront,and connect the public space along the east Expo riverside of the Huangpu River. In this process,we introduce the cross-section method,which is frequently applied to the description of continuous view,to the suitability analysis of bicycle greenway plan. The whole system is based on the current condition of this section,including continuous and fast reachable,activities of cycling,simple road system in narrow space,tourism based on city-riverside scenery. Through the qualitative analysis and AHP method,we get 8 evaluation factors as the selection basis of the bicycle greenway in urban riverfront:hydrophilicity,accessibility,diversity of playground,river view,plant view,terrain,local cultural landscape,theme landscape. Then we propose a 10 km bicycle greenway along the Expo riverside section of the Huangpu River,and three models:“River-type”,“Green-type”,“Road-type”. This research may provide a useful reference for the bicycle greenway both in theoretical and practical aspects.
