不同NPK配比水溶性肥料对设施番茄品质及产量的影响Effects ofDifferent NPK Ratio of Water Soluble Fertilizer on Tomato Quality and Yield in Protected HouseKeywords: NPK配比 番茄 品质 产量NPK ratio tomato quality yield Abstract: 研究了不同NPK配比水溶肥对设施番茄光合色素含量、产量及品质的影响。结果表明,不同NPK配比水溶肥可显著影响设施番茄光合色素含量和氧化酶活性。T5 (N∶P∶K=16∶7∶35)下叶绿素含量最高,为1.177 mg/g(FW),较对照CK (N∶P∶K=15∶15∶15)增加80.97%;类胡萝卜素含量以T6 (N∶P∶K=18∶9∶32)为最高。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均以T1 (N∶P∶K=20∶10∶30)为最高;过氧化物酶(POD)活性则以T6活性最高。T6果实维生素C、可溶性蛋白质含量最高,与CK差异显著;番茄红素的含量以T7 (N∶P∶K=13∶6∶25)最高,T6次之,分别为3.88 mg/100 g (FW)、3.24 mg/100 g (FW);T6糖酸比7.77,风味最佳。各处理产量比CK增产2.68%~50.20%,其中,以T6产量最高,达23313.65 kg/hm2。从可溶性糖及有机酸含量上,以CK为最佳;综合考虑果实维生素C、番茄红素和可溶性蛋白质含量及口感品质和产量,T6为最佳。The effects of different NPK ratio of water soluble fertilizer on protected tomato photosynthetic pigment content,quality and yield were studied.The results showed that the different NPK ratio of water soluble fertilizer had a significant impact on photosynthetic pigment content and enzyme activity.The chlorophyll content in T5 (N:P:K=16:7:35) was 1.177 mg/g (FW),80.97% higher than CK (N∶P∶K=15∶15∶15),while carotenoid content reached the highest under T6 (N∶P∶K=18∶9∶32).Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) activities in T1 (N∶P∶K=20∶10∶30) were the highest,but the highest content of peroxidase (POD) was in T6.Vitamin C and soluble protein contents in T6 were the highest,which had significant differences with CK.Lycopene content reached the highest under T7,T6 followed,which were 3.88 mg/100 g(FW) and 3.24mg/100 g(FW),respectively.The flavor was the best when the ratio of soluble sugar/organic acids was 7.77.Compared with CK,the yields of each treatment were increased 2.68%~50.20%.The yield of T6 was the highest (23313.65 kg/hm2).Considering the soluble sugar and organic acids contents,CK was the best,while considering the Vc,lycopene,soluble protein content,taste quality and yield,T6 was the best.
