Abstract:

建立了基于双硫腙修饰玻碳电极的电流型传感方法,并对其检测条件和性能进行优化。该法检测镉的回归方程为ICd =-8.152×10-7-2.841×10-5C(mg/L),R2=0.997 7(P<0.0001),SD=1.3066 × 10-7,检测的线性范围为0.02~1.0 mg/L,检测限为10 μg/L,样品平均回收率超过95%。检测结果可靠,检测时间短,食品中常见的其他金属基本不会产生影响。
Electrochemical sensor based on diphenylthiocarbazone-modified glass carbon electrode was developed,and the detection condition and performance were optimized.The equation of this method was ICd=-8.152×10-7-2.841×10-5C(mg/L),R2=0.9977(P<0.0001),SD =1.3066×10-7.The linear range of detection is 0.02-1.0 mg/L,the detection limit is 10 μg/L,and the average recovery rate is over 95%.The test results are reliable,fast and less effected by other metals.
