产城融合型工业园区绿地特征研究
Characteristics of Green Space in Industrial Park with City-Industry Integration

产城融合是世界工业园区发展的普遍规律,也是近年来我国城市建设的热点问题。在产城互动过程中,园区的产业结构、土地利用和人口结构发生了变化,导致其绿地表现出一系列区别于传统工业绿地和城市一般地区绿地的特征,包括功能需求、分类构成和布局结构等。本文通过对比分析和实地调查得出,产城融合型工业园区绿地的服务对象由生产转向从业人员,功能需求由防护转为游憩;绿地构成上,防护绿地占比逐渐降低,公园绿地的比例逐步增加;布局结构方面,总体布局方式是“外防护,内游憩”,附属绿地布局组团化,呈现出由专有性向公共性的转变趋势。绿地特征的研究将为园区绿地进一步规划与建设提供一定的理论依据。
City-industry integration is the general law of industrial park,which has been a hot issue in nowadays city construction.City-industry integration is a dynamic process with the changes in the industrial structure,land-use plans and the population,which can influence the characteristics of green space.Through contrast analysis,field survey and questionnaire,the paper reached three main conclusions about green space in industrial park:firstly,the green space mainly serves the staff and its major function is outdoor recreation;secondly,the proportion of protective greenbelt is reduced and the park green space is increased in construction of green space;lastly,the green space layout is similar to the Garden City idea,which has greenbelt around park,and the affiliated green space is a kind of groups type.The findings are useful supplements towards the planning of green space of the integrated parks.
