苏南滨江小城市绿地系统规划编制内容研究
Compilation Contents of Green Space System Planning of Small Riverside Cities in Southern Jiangsu Province

为探索具有个性化、差异化、地域性的苏南滨江小城市绿地系统规划编制内容,本文对苏南滨江小城市的城市、绿地特征进行分析,并对比国家《城市绿地系统规划编制纲要(试行)》(建城[2002]240号),分析得出苏南滨江小城市已有绿地系统规划编制内容的特征与问题,包括城乡生态空间待整合、衔接上位规划、地域性和差异化有待增强等。研究提出统筹生态空间、规划水系周边绿色空间、建立绿色廊道等策略,并从市域和中心城区两个层面对绿地系统规划编制内容进行优化。
To explore the urban green space system planning compilation contents of the small riverside cities which are characterized with personality,difference and regionalism in the southern Jiangsu province,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the city and green space of the small riverside cities in the southern Jiangsu province.Besides,compared with national “outline of urban green space system planning formulation(Trial)”(city of [2002]No.240),this paper systematically searches and analyzes the features and problems of the urban green space system planning compilation contents of the small riverside cities in the southern Jiangsu province,such as the urban and rural ecological space remains to be integrated,the upper rules remain to be connected,the regionalism and difference needs to be enhanced.According to the present study,we concluded that the green space system planning contents can be optimized from city territory and central city through strategies like overall planning ecological space,planning waterfront green space,establishing green corridors and so on.
