中国水仙中NSVP2基因可促进烟草开花Narcissus tazetta NSVP2 Gene Promotes flowering in tobaccoKeywords: 中国水仙 开花 花序 NSVP2基因Narcissus tazetta var.chinensis flowering inflorescence NSVP2 gene Abstract: SHORT VEGETATIVE PHASE (SVP)相关基因在很多植物中参与调控开花时间、花序形态建成。中国水仙中也存在SVP类似基因,它们在水仙开花中的调控功能还知之甚少。本研究通过烟草异源表达系统,对中国水仙中的一个SVP类似基因NSVP2的功能进行了分析,结果发现在烟草中过量表达NSVP2基因可促进开花提前,并增加了花序分枝,也导致异常花的出现和花的育性降低。这些结果说明NSVP2 对生殖生长发育有多方面的调控作用。SHORT VEGETATIVE PHASE (SVP) related genes have important functions in regulating floral transition and inflorescence structure in many plant species.The function of SVP-like genes in Narcissus tazetta var.chinensis remains unknown.In this study,NSVP2 gene from N.tazetta var.chinensis was transformed into tobacco and the phenotype of transgenic plants was assayed.The results showed that ectopic expression of NSVP2 promoted flowering and increased inflorescence branching in tobacco.And abnormal floral morphologies and sterile flowers were also caused by overexpression of NSVP2.These results suggest that NSVP2 might play a role in the regulation of flower development.
