微生物源性抗氧化剂对夏季奶牛生产性能及抗氧化能力和免疫能力的影响Effects of Micro-Derived Antioxidants on Performance and Antioxidant Capacity and Immunity of Cows in SummerAbstract: 试验旨在研究微生物源性抗氧化剂对夏季奶牛生产性能和生理指标的影响。选择年龄、胎次、泌乳期、产奶量相近的健康荷斯坦奶牛36头,随机分成2组,每组18头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中每头添加50 g/d微生物源性抗氧化剂,在夏季进行60 d试验。结果表明,日粮中添加微生物源性抗氧化剂能提高奶牛的产奶量,添加50 d后达显著水平(P<0.05),同期乳中体细胞数显著下降(P<0.05);血清羟基自由基抑制能力(IHR)以及总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、IgA、IgG和IL-2含量显著提高(P<0.05);而血清和乳清中的丙二醛(MDA)和8-异前列腺素F2α(8-iso-F2α)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。说明微生物源性抗氧化剂能增强机体的抗氧化能力及免疫能力,并提高奶产量和奶品质。This experiment aimed at studying the effects of micro-derived antioxidants on the performance,antioxidant capacity and physiological indexes of dairy cow in summer.Thirty-six healthy Holstein cows with the similar age,fetal time,lactation period and production performance were divided into 2 groups.Control group received a basal diet,and in experimental group every cow received a basal diet plus 50 g of micro-derived antioxidants per day.The experiment lasted 60 days in the hot summer.The results showed that the milk production of experimental group,compared with the control group,increased significantly(P<0.05),somatic cell count decreased significantly(P<0.05).Cow blood IHR and the concentration of SOD,GSH-px,IgA,IgG,IL-2 of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).MDA and 8-iso-PGF2α concentrations in serum and whey of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that micro-derived antioxidants can enhance the antioxidant capacity,immune- competence and improve the yield and quality of milk.
