运用超高效液相色谱技术区分有机和非有机种植模式的樱桃番茄Differentiating Organic and Conventional Cherry Tomatoes by Using Ultra-Performance Liquid ChromatographyAbstract: 通过超高效液相色谱(ultra-performance liquid chromatography,UPLC)指纹图谱技术结合化学计量学方法,区分有机和非有机种植模式生产的樱桃番茄。分别以有机和非有机种植模式樱桃番茄样品的绝对峰面积和相对峰面积值为变量进行主成分分析。结果表明,超高效液相色谱指纹图谱可以将有机和非有机种植模式的樱桃番茄样品进行有效区分,并且超高效液相色谱-质谱联用指纹图谱可以提供樱桃番茄的酚酸组成信息。该研究可以为有机番茄产品的质量检测提供科学方法。Ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) techniques combined with chemometrics analysis were applied in differentiating organically grown cherry tomatoes from their conventionally grown counterparts.The absolute and relative peak areas of organically and conventionally grown cherry tomatoes were selected as variables for principal component analysis (PCA).Our results indicated that UPLC fingerprints combined with chemometric techniques are capable of differentiating organic from conventional cherry tomatoes.Ultra-performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS) analysis was also used to identify possible phenolic acid compositions of cherry tomatoes.This study provided a novel approach to evaluate the quality assurance of organic cherry tomato products.
