Abstract:

试验旨在研究日粮添加N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)对早期断奶仔猪的氧化还原状况和免疫指标的影响。试验选取10窝仔猪,随机分为2组,每组5窝,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组从7日龄开始,至25日龄时结束,在基础日粮中添加500 mg/kg NAC。仔猪21日龄断奶。25日龄时,每窝选取1头(每组共5头),采集血样和脾脏样。结果表明,日粮添加NAC组显著提高了血清谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平(P<0.05),降低了丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化氢(H2O2)(P<0.05)的含量,同时增加了血清中免疫球蛋白IgM的含量(P<0.05),而对仔猪血清炎性因子水平显著影响。NAC处理能显著提高脾脏中IL-2,IL-6及I-κBα mRNA的相对表达水平(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,日粮中添加500 mg/kg NAC显著提高了断奶仔猪的抗氧化能力和免疫力,缓解断奶应激。
The present study was aimed to explore the effects of N-acetyl cysteine on antioxidant capacity and immunity in weaned piglets. A total of 10 litters of piglets were divided into two groups,the control were fed the basal diet and NAC supplemental piglets were fed the basal diet supplemented with 500 mg/kg NAC from postnatal day 7 to 25. Piglets were weaned at day 21. At day 25,one piglet from each litter was sacrificed (5 pigs per group)and the blood and spleen samples were collected. Results showed that,compared with the control group,the activities of GSH-Px,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the level of IgM in the serum were significantly increased(P<0.05),while malondialdehyde (MDA) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in serum were significantly decreased in NAC-supplemented group(P<0.05). Furthermore,diet supplemented with NAC significantly increased the mRNA relative expression of IL-2 (P<0.05),IL-6 (P<0.05)and I-κBα (P<0.05)in spleen. The results suggested that diet supplemented with 500 mg/kg NAC could increase the antioxidant capacity,relieve weaning stress,and strengthen the immunity in weaned piglets.
