污泥浸提液对青菜及油麦菜种子萌发和幼苗生理的影响

Abstract:

以不同浓度污泥浸提液对青菜及油麦菜种子进行浸种,研究其对蔬菜种子萌发及幼苗生理的影响,以期为污泥的资源化利用提供依据。结果表明,污泥浸提液对油麦菜种子萌发的抑制作用较对青菜种子更强,其中以100%浸提液处理的青菜和油麦菜种子的发芽率、发芽指数及活力指数分别比对照下降4.0%、30.0%、58.9%和91.7%、94.4%、98.2%。随着浸提液浓度增大,作用时间延长,幼苗细胞膜透性逐渐增大,到第6天,100%污泥浸提液处理的青菜及油麦菜幼苗细胞膜透性较对照分别升高74.77%及120.76%。伴随细胞膜的破坏丙二醛含量上升,100%污泥浸提液处理青菜与油麦菜幼苗丙二醛含量较对照分别增加72.5%和113.1%。随着污泥浸提液浓度的提高2种蔬菜幼苗可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量表现出先下降后上升的趋势。
In the present study,the effects of sewage sludge extracts on seed germination and seedling physiology of Brassica chinensis L. and Lactuca sativa L. were evaluated. The results showed that the germination rate,germination index and seed vigor index decreased by 91.7%,94.4%,98.2% for Lactuca sativa L.and 4.0%,30.0%,58.9% for Brassica chinensis L. respectively,after treated with 100% extracts. The permeabilities of the cell membrane and the contents of malondialdehyde of the seedlings increased by 74.77%,72.5% for Brassica chinensis L. and 120.76%,113.1% for Lactuca sativa L. respectively,at the 6th day after the treatment. In addition,the contents of soluble sugar and proline in the seedlings decreased first and then increased with the increase of the extract concentration.
