农业科技园区推动地标农产品产业化研究
Study on the Industrialization of Local Agricultural Products by Agricultural Science and Technology Park

为保护原产地产品和生产者而实行的地理标志制度,对品牌影响力有限的农产品的产业化发展形成地域性限制,表现为规模经营受限、地区经济发展支撑乏力、交通与基础设施条件落后、资金及技术创新能力不足、市场主体发展以及生产要素集聚困难等。通过农业科技园区建设,构建两类产业集群,则可有效解决上述制约因素。为进一步发挥农业科技园区的上述功能,需要在园区选址、园区空间层次结构、科技研发、新型市场主体培育、产业化平台与统一管理等方面的创新。
Geographical indication system is used to protect the products of origin and the local producers.However,it constrains the development of most agricultural products with limited brand influence.The regional limitation is characterized by the small scale of business operation,less support of regional economic development,poor condition of transportation and infrastructure,inadequate capacity of innovation,and difficulties in market and production accumulations,etc.We could solve those constrains by developing agricultural science and technology parks and set up two types of industrial clusters.To further develop the function of agricultural science and technology parks,we need to bring new ideas in many aspects such as the location and special structure of the parks,technology research and development,expanding new market,industrialization of the platform,and unified management,etc.
