低度恶性潜能多房囊性肾瘤的超声造影表现

Objective To retrospectively investigate the contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) characteristics of multilocular cystic renal cell neoplasm of low malignant potential (MCRCNLMP). Methods Twenty-one lesions pathologically approved as MCRCNLMP,which underwent both preoperative conventional ultrasound and CEUS in our hospital,were enrolled in this retrospective study.The CEUS images were compared with those of conventional and color Doppler ultrasound.Meanwhile,all the 21 lesions were analyzed and categorized based on the Bosniak classification. Results On conventional ultrasound,1 case showed no septa inside the lesion and the other 20 lesions demonstrated few to many septa inside.The mean thickness of MCRCNLMP lesions was (2.15±0.90) mm.There was correlation between the thickness of the septa and the existence of blood flow wihtin the septa on conventional ultrasound (P=0.020).The mean thickness of the enhanced septa was (2.54±0.66) mm,which was significantly higher than that on conventional ultrasound (P=0.023).
