孕妇HBsAg携带状态与产后首次喂养行为选择的关系Keywords: HBV infection breastfeeding pregnant women Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of hepatitis B virus infection on initiate feeding behavior of pregnant women in Anqing city.Methods A prospective study was conducted among pregnant women who were recruited from Jan.1,2014 to Jan.31,2015 in Anqing City hospital.The base-line information was collected by using the questionnaire and the electronic medical record information system.Serum samples were also collected for HBV surface antigen (HBsAg) test.Pregnant women who had live fetus were selected to follow up by using telephone and information about initiate feeding behavior was obtained.The single variate and multivariate analysis were used to compare the initiate feeding behavior by the HBV status.Results A total of 1 826 pregnant women were enrolled.Breastfeeding was the main choice (77.7%,1 418/1 826) after delivery.The initiate breastfeeding rate of HBeAg (+) /HBsAg (+),HBeAg (+) /HBsAg (+) and HBsAg (-) group was 70.8%(17/24),75.8%(91/120)and 77.9%(1 310/1 682),respectively.The difference among three groups was not statistically significant.Conclusions Our results suggested that the initiate breastfeeding rate is high among pregnant women in Anqing city, and maternal HBV state did not have an obvious correlation with the initiate feeding ways.
