纳米生物技术在HIFU抗肿瘤治疗中的研究进展

In the research field of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) against tumor, ideal multi-modal and multi-functional nano-theranostic agents not only can reach the target site specifically which realize the purpose of diagnostic imaging, but also can effectively realize local targeting therapy. HIFU combined with nano-biotechnology as a new cancer treatment has great advantages and terrific diversified functions. Recent progress in the research of nano-biomaterials in HIFU field is reviewed in this paper.
