归芎消异方对卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者术后复发及妊娠情况的影响

Objective To study the effect of Guixiong Xiaoyi Fang on recurrence and pregnancy of endometriosis patients after a conservative operation.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with endometriosis who received laparoscopic surgery and pathological diagnosis were chosed and analysed by a prospective nourandomized controlled study.Among them,51 cases were given Guixiong Xiaoyi Fang orally and other 65 cases were intramuscularly injected with diphereline (GnRH-a).They were treated with the medicine for 3-6 months ,and followed up by telephone call and outpatient visit for 2 years after operation.The two groups were compared for recurrence rate and time,pregnancy rate and the indication of side reaction.Results The recurrence rates of 2 years after operation in Guixiong Xiaoyi Fang group and GnRH-a group were 9.8% and 10.8%,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in recurrence rate.The pregnancy rates of 2 years after operation in Guixiong Xiaoyi Fang group and GnRH-a group were 70.3% and 45.7%,respectively.There was significant statistically difference between the two groups in pregnancy rate (P＜0.05).Conclusions Guixiong Xiaoyi Fang may have effect on preventing recurrence and improving pregnancy in endometriosis patients after surgery.
