40~55岁社区妇女围绝经期症状和焦虑、抑郁症状评分及相关因素分析Keywords: community-women perimenopausal syndrome Kupperman score SDS score SAS score associated factors Abstract: Objective To evaluate perimenopausal syndrome,anxiety and depression and their associated factors in community-women aged 40 to 55 years old and to provide a basis for future community intervention strategies.Methods A total of 1 312 women aged 40 to 55 years from Beijing and Shanghai participated in the study.All the Kupperman scale,SAS scale,SDS scale and self-administrated questionnaire were conducted.Optimal scaling regression analysis and multivariable Logistic regression analysis were used to evaluate associated factors of perimenopausal syndrome,anxiety and depression.Results The incidence of perimenopausal syndrome,anxiety and depression were 50.8%,9.5%,and 25.9%,respectively.Optimal scaling regression analysis and multivariable logistic regression analysis revealed that monthly household income,presence of chronic diseases and sexual life were significantly associated with prediction of Kupperman score,SAS score and SDS score.Furthermore,education level also has a strong association with SDS score.Perimenopausal syndrome was associated factor of anxiety and depression.Moreover,severity of perimenopausal syndrome was also associated factor of anxiety.Conclusions Perimenopausal syndrome,anxiety and depression have an effect on perimenopausal women’s health,which associated with sexual life,monthly household income and presence of chronic diseases were significantly.Therefore,specific interventions for these factors should be made.
