肌少症的现况调查及发病机制研究进展

Sarcopenia is a complex syndrome that is characterized by the loss of muscle mass and function. Without a consensus diagnostic criteria, the global prevalences of sarcopenia varies widely according to different diagnostic criteria. Sarcopenia which is closely related to aging results from multiple factors. The present studies of sarcopenia are at early stage, and the mechanism is still not very clear. In this review, we will review the current suitation and mechanism of sarcopenia.
