新时代复合型法治人才及其培养路径探究

中国特色社会主义进入新时代的宣告及社会主要矛盾的深刻变化呼唤着复合型法治人才的不断涌现。不同于法律内的复合型法治人才，新时代呼唤的复合型法治人才指的是以法律为主科的复合型人才，简称“法律+X”型的复合型法治人才，这是一种简约的法律外的复合。为了培养复合型法治人才，需要处理好法学主科与复合科目、知识教学与实践教学、理论研究与法条学习、专业知识与职业伦理之间的关系，并在此基础上探寻其培养路径。
The proclamation of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era and the profound changes of the main social contradictions call for the emergence of compound legal talents.Different from the compound legal talents within the law,the compound legal talents in the new era refer to the compound legal talents with the law as the main subject,which is referred to as“law + X”compound legal talents.This is a simple compound outside the law.In order to cultivate compound legal talents,it is necessary to deal with the relationships between law subjects and compound subjects,knowledge teaching and practice teaching,theoretical research and legal norms learning,expertise and professional ethics,and on this basis to explore its training path.
