司法供给侧改革与需求侧管理 ――从司法的供需结构切入

In recent years, the contradiction between the judicial supply and demand, that is, the judicial supply of the People？？s Court and the judicial demand of the people, has become increasingly acute. The unbalanced allocation of resources and interests in the judicial field is an important reasons of the acute contradiction between the supply and demand of justice. To realize the balance of judicial supply and demand, we must balance the allocation of resources and interests in the judicial field. To this end, we should advance the reform of the judicial supply side, strengthen the management of judicial demand side, increase the judical supply and regulate the judicial demand.
