Abstract:

In this study, some of the mereological publications in the philosophy of chemistry, which is about twenty-five years old, have been introduced and information about how to investigate some subjects of the subject in a mere manner has been presented. Mereology deriving from the word mereo, which means a Greek word, is a theory that examines the relation between the other parts of a whole and the parts as a whole. The origin of the Mereolojine dates back to the writings of Plato and Aristotle. In the study, a holistic approach to philosophy was adopted and theoretical analysis was made using descriptive scanning method. The problem of the research is how to apply the philosophical theories of chemistry to the theories of philosophy. In the discussion section, examples related to the approach to the science of chemistry teaching were given and some suggestions were made. (Powered with Google Translate)
