目的:探讨情绪调节自我效能感在羞怯与疏离感之间的中介作用。方法:随机选取360名大学生,采用羞怯量表中文版、情绪调节自我效能感量表、大学生疏离感量表进行测量。结果:情绪调节自我效能感和羞怯对疏离感有预测作用,在控制了情绪调节自我效能感之后,羞怯对疏离感的正向预测作用依然有统计学意义(β值从0.507下降到0.383)。结论:情绪调节自我效能感在羞怯和疏离感之间起部分中介作用。
Objective: To investigate the mediating effect of Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy on relationships between shyness and alienation among college students. Methods: Totally 360 college students were surveyed with Shyness Scale, the Sense of Alienation in College Students Scale and Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy Scale. Results: Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy and shyness had predictive effect to alienation. Shyness still had significant positively predictability to alienation (β value declined from 0.507 to 0.383) on the basis that regulatory emotional self-efficacy was controlled. Conclusion: The result of the research indicates that regulatory emotional self-efficacy has a partial mediating effect between shyness and alienation.
