鱼油对小鼠运动皮质一氧化氮合酶阳性 神经元发育的影响

Abstract:
目的:观察鱼油对小鼠生后运动皮质内一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元分布和形态变化的影响。方法:运用NADPH-d免疫组化法检查了小鼠运动皮质内NOS阳性神经元的分布。结果:喂食鱼油后,运动皮质第5层内,NOS阳性神经元的数量增多,其胞体和突起深染,树突棘增多。结论:鱼油可以促进中枢NOS阳性神经元的发育,这可能与鱼油富含DHA(22-六碳烯酸)有关
