养阴药与活血药配伍对血管内皮细胞的保护作用

Abstract:
目的：探讨养阴药与活血药配伍对人脐静脉血管内皮细胞(HUVEC)的保护作用。方法：采用血清药理学的方法制备药物血清,以大肠杆菌内毒素造成HUVEC的凋亡模型,观察药物血清保护HUVEC以抗凋亡的作用。结果：养阴药与活血药同用可促进HUVEC在损伤条件下的增殖,能明显降低细胞液中LDH及MDA含量、提高SOD水平,并且能显著降低HUVEC的凋亡率。结论：养阴药与活血药配伍对血管内皮细胞(EC)有明显的保护作用,这可能是该法治疗血栓性疾病的主要机理之一
