葛根素治疗冠心病及相关参数变化研究

Abstract:
目的：研究葛根素治疗冠心病的疗效。方法：选择118例冠心病(AMI、UA、SA)患者,随机分为葛根素试验组(80例)和对照组(38例),分别在入院时和入院后2周测定血浆CRP、DD变化。结果：治疗2周后AMI患者组和UA患者组血浆CRP、DD值显著下降(P<0.01),SA患者组CRP值降低(P<0.05),DD值无显著变化(P>0.05)。葛根试验组和常规对照组比较无显著差异(p>0.05)。结论：葛根素治疗冠心病可恢复内皮功能,改善凝血和纤溶系统活性
