青钱柳嫩叶中多糖的含量测定Keywords: Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskaja, polysaccharide, determination, UV spectrophotometric method Abstract: 目的 建立青钱柳叶中多糖含量的测定方法。方法 采用苯酚-浓硫酸显色法,于490 nm处测吸光度。结果 青钱柳嫩叶中多糖含量为0.6532%；平均回收率99.03%；r=0.9991。结论 方法简便、快速,结果准确、可靠,适合多糖的含量测定
