健中愈疡片对实验性胃溃疡大鼠胃粘膜增殖 细胞核抗原表达的影响
Abstract:
目的： 探讨健中愈疡片对实验性胃溃疡大鼠胃粘膜细胞增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达的影响。方法：制作实验性乙酸致大鼠胃溃疡模型,分组用不同剂量的健中愈疡片、雷尼替丁和生理盐水治疗14d后,评价各治疗组大鼠的胃溃疡面积和粘膜细胞的PCNA标记指数。结果：①健中愈疡片Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组比生理盐水组的胃溃疡面积明显减少(P<0.01),健中愈疡片Ⅰ组的溃疡面积与雷尼替丁组无明显差异(P>0.05),而健中愈疡片Ⅱ组的溃疡面积比雷尼替丁组小(P<0.05)；②与生理盐水组和雷尼替丁组比较,健中愈疡片Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组溃疡边缘粘膜
