肝郁脾虚因素对小鼠H22腹水瘤细胞周期的影响及疏肝健脾方的作用研究

Abstract:
目的：观察肝郁脾虚因素对H22荷瘤小鼠腹水瘤细胞增殖周期的影响以及疏肝健脾方药的治疗作用。方法：小鼠腹腔接种H22肿瘤细胞后给予肝郁脾虚因素刺激,建立肝郁脾虚证与移植性腹水瘤的病证结合模型,治疗组给予疏肝健脾方药。10d后处死小鼠,抽取腹腔液用流式细胞术检测肿瘤细胞增殖周期。结果：病证结合组与单纯肿瘤组比较,S期细胞比率(S-phase fraction,SPF)明显上升(P<0.01),G1期细胞比率明显下降(P<0.01)；中药治疗组与病证结合组比,SPF明显下降(P<0.01),G1和G2/M期细
