五首活血化瘀方对实验性动脉粥样硬化 家兔血脂、载脂蛋白变化的影响

Abstract:
目的：探讨五首活血化瘀方对实验性动脉粥样硬化(As)家兔血脂、载脂蛋白的影响,比较其作用间的异同。方法：采用高脂喂饲复制家兔动脉粥样硬化模型,观察各组家兔血脂、载脂蛋白及主动脉的病理改变。结果：血府逐瘀汤显著降低家兔血清TC、TG、LDL-c含量以及TC/HDL-c、TG/HDL-c比值(P<0.01),亦能降低apoB100含量(P<0.05),升高apoA1/apoB100比值(P<0.05)；活络效灵丹能明显降低血清TC、LDL-c含量以及TC/HDL-c比值(P<0.01),亦能降低TG、apo
