黄芪多糖在长期骨髓细胞培养中 支持体外造血的作用

Abstract:
目的：研究黄芪多糖(APS)在长期骨髓细胞培养中是否能刺激或支持体外造血作用及刺激基质细胞的增殖。方法：采用长期骨髓细胞培养法,研究APS对骨髓细胞的影响。结果：在APS作用下,培养体系中的非贴壁细胞数在5～8周增加19～168倍。第6周时,在APS处理的培养体系中,97% 非贴壁细胞为成熟中性粒细胞,而对照仅为8%。实验结束即第17周时,APS使贴壁细胞数从每瓶2.2×105增加到4.1×105。结论：黄芪多糖在长期培养骨髓细胞(LTBMC)中可支持体外造血作用
