正交试验设计优化杜仲总木脂素提取工艺Keywords: orthogonal experimental design, Eucommia ulmoides, total lignans, extraction technology Abstract: 目的 筛选出提取杜仲总木脂素的最佳工艺。方法 采用正交试验设计,超声提取,以提取时间、甲醇浓度、溶媒用量为因素,采用紫外分光光度法对杜仲木脂素含量进行检测,确定最佳提取条件。结果 优选的最佳工艺条件为：甲醇浓度75%,溶媒用量为8倍,提取时间40 min。结论 杜仲总木脂素提取工艺的优化为杜仲总木脂素进一步研究提供了参考
