虎杖、当归醇提工艺研究Keywords: orthogonal design, alcohol extraction process, Rhizoma polygoni cuspidati, Radix angelicae sinensis, polydatin Abstract: 目的 确定虎杖、当归的最佳醇提工艺条件。方法 以浸膏得率和虎杖苷浸出量为指标,对影响浸出的主要因素进行优化。结果 最佳的提取工艺条件为：加60%的乙醇回流提取2次,加醇量分别为10、8倍,提取时间分别为1.5、1.0 h。结论 优选的提取工艺可为工业化生产提供实验依据
