microrna在肝癌诊断、治疗和预后中的作用研究进展

Abstract:
?肝癌是人类常见的恶性肿瘤之一,目前缺乏有效的诊断和治疗技术,死亡率居高不下。microrna(mirna)是一类内源性非编码的小rna,研究显示,多种mirna在正常组织和肝癌组织间存在表达差异,与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。mir-21、mir-106a、mir-34等与肝癌的发生有关;mir-92、mir-20等与肝癌的分化有关;而mir-30d、mir-21与肝癌的增生、迁移和侵袭有关。肝癌进程中关键的mirna及其作用靶点是近年来的研究热点,有望为肝癌诊断、治疗和预后提供新的途径。研究发现mir-375、mir-199a、mir-122等可作为潜在的肝癌诊断标志物应用于肝癌诊断;mir-195、mir-26a、mir-127等可应用于肝癌治疗;mir-221、mir-99b、mir-let-7g等被认为与肝癌术后的预后有关,还有一些其他分子可作为肝癌细胞侵袭、转移的调节分子并用于判断预后。本文就mirna在肝癌的诊断、治疗、预后方面的研究作一综述。
