Abstract:

?一碳单位代谢(ocm)是生物体一碳单位即甲基基团从供体化合物转移到受体的过程,对dna合成和dna甲基化至关重要。micrornas(mirnas)是一类约为22个核苷酸的内源非编码rna,能够通过与靶mrna特异性结合而导致靶mrna降解或抑制其蛋白的翻译。mirnas通过调节转录后水平来调控基因的表达并参与后续的生物学过程,在一碳单位代谢和相应生物学过程中发挥着重要作用。本文阐述了mirnas在一碳单位代谢中的作用及其研究进展。
