环境镉暴露与人群肿瘤发生的风险研究

Abstract:

?镉因其广泛污染环境而备受人们关注。人类暴露途径包括空气、饮水和食物,实验研究显示镉是一种致癌物质,然而因流行病学研究结果存在不一致,使得人们对于镉致癌性存在怀疑。本综述主要着眼于镉暴露与癌症危险的流行病学研究,包括职业暴露研究、镉污染区人群研究、普通人群膳食镉暴露研究等。研究结果显示镉暴露增加胰腺癌、头颈部癌、膀胱癌等的发生风险,而与前列腺癌、乳腺癌及激素相关癌症的研究结果多存有争议。
