我国肿瘤遗传易感性研究进展

Abstract:
？肿瘤是多基因交互影响、多种环境因素协同作用引起的复杂性疾病。目前已知与肿瘤发生发展相关的环境因素包括吸烟、饮酒、致癌物暴露等。但即使暴露于相似的环境,不同遗传背景的个体发生肿瘤的风险有很大不同,这是由个体遗传易感性的差异导致的。因此,研究肿瘤的易感性对理解肿瘤发生发展乃至诊断治疗都有重要意义。随着基因组检测技术的发展,全基因组关联研究的方法已成为肿瘤易感性研究的重要手段。近年来,我国科研工作者先后开展了针对我国多种肿瘤的全基因组关联研究,取得了一系列成果。本文简要综述食管癌、肺癌以及胰腺癌遗传易感性的研究进展。
