精液白细胞异常增加对精子dna氧化损伤的影响

Abstract:
?目的:研究精液白细胞异常增加对精液活性氧(ros)及精子dna损伤的影响。方法:共收集52例精液白细胞异常增高标本和50例白细胞正常标本,以鲁米诺为探针,运用化学发光法检测精子活性氧水平。采用精子染色质结构分析(scsa)和单细胞凝胶电泳(scge)分析精子核dna损伤。结果:白细胞异常组较白细胞正常组精液标本中ros显著增加(p<0.01),scsa结果显示白细胞异常组dna碎片指数(dfi)、高dna可染性(hds)较白细胞正常组显著增加(p=0.020,p=0.012);scge结果显示白细胞异常组彗星尾矩(tm)较白细胞正常组显著增加(p=0.007)。结论:精液白细胞异常升高可引起ros增加,造成精子核dna的断裂损伤。
